La Carlota, Caracas – METROPOLITAN GREEN PARK by ADJKM and Antoine Grumbach
La Carlota, Metropolitan green Park. An international competition held by the Caracas Metropolitan Mayor Office (Town Hall) in 2012 to design a new urban park and its associated buildings on the site of the Caracas’s military airbase.
The encounter of La Carlota with the city opens new natural, urban and human horizons. Its garden-landscapes are the natural connectors that reveal the beauty of the valley and the memory of this extraordinary site.
